Our Story

Built between cultures. Made for every table.

Mirchi Macha is our take on salsa macha: rooted in a Mexican staple, shaped by a Desi flavor point of view, and designed for the way we actually eat.

Ryan + Trishna

Flavor for a reason.

We created Mirchi Macha because the best heat is layered—not loud for the sake of being loud. We wanted a condiment with crunch, depth and enough versatility to move naturally from dosa to tacos, eggs to noodles, and everything in between.

Original Ember is the first expression of that idea: a Chile de Árbol Salsa Macha that brings together the best of Desi and Latino heat and spices without forcing either tradition into a gimmick.

Why Original Ember

The first flavor had to feel familiar and new at the same time.

Chile heat. Savory depth. Crunch. A jar that can sit comfortably next to a hot sauce, achar or chile crisp—and still be unmistakably its own thing.

Why salsa macha

Because texture changes everything.

Salsa macha is not just a hot sauce. It is chile, oil and texture working together—something you spoon, stir and build a bite around.

That format gave us room to make something that reflects how we cook and how we eat: cross-cultural, deeply flavored and never limited to one kind of dish.
